When Great Service Becomes the Baseline

Six years of exceptional building management, and the quiet assumption that it would always be that way.

For six years, we lived in a complex where everything just seemed to work.

The building manager and their team were exceptional.

  • The gardens were immaculate
  • The common areas were clean
  • The building felt cared for

There were no complaints. No tension. No need for oversight.

Because when service is delivered well, you don’t think about it.

It simply becomes the standard.

And because of that, we assumed it would always be this way.
